The Department of English was established with the inception of the institute. It offers three years under graduate course. It also offers Remedial course, Soft Skills for Baseline Staff in Service Sector, Soft Skills Development Program for final year UG students, and Certificate Course in English Proficiency and Certificate Course in Spoken English.
